On May-09-14 at 19:58:03 PDT, seller added the following information: Guys, Keep in mind, this is a 2006 Model, there are several 2004 models that are being sold on ebay also at the same time. I just want to advise you that 2004 is the First Year Model for this body style Maxima and you know what they say about first year models of Any cars right? All I wanna say is most kinks were worked out by 2005 year models and so on.. Most Sellers are not gonna disclose if the car has any flaws or issues. My maxima has been Nissan Dealer serviced all the way up to 90k. I purchased this car from my neighbor across the street, he knows that I work on cars and asked if I wanted his car cause it was having transmission shifting issues. All the car needed was New Transmission shift solenoids which I replaced. You can google it yourself, transmission issues are VERY common with 03-08 Maximas. I also did a 3x Synthetic Trans flush as suggested and recommended by Nissan Service Interval guides. The transmission shifts like Butter now, super smooth and has no issues whatsoever. I purchased this car with 104,385 miles on it and it now has 105,290 miles on it, so there is close to 1000 miles since the trans rebuilt. This is to ensure that all the kinks are worked out of the transmission so there will be no surprise for the next owner. Within the past month, I have also replaced all 4 struts/shocks cause they were all worned out, 2 front rotors and frt brake pads were replaced cause the steering wheel had a bad shake to it when the brakes were applied on the expressway. Mobil 1 was used to replace the engine oil and filter, I even flushed out the engine coolant in the radiator. Why did I do all this to the car even though I am planning to sell it? Because I am very anal with my cars, I do not like and want comebacks! It is also the fact that since I am a mechanic and can get the parts for a discounted price and labors basically "free". I can replace a set of front rotors and brake pads for $200, paying $200 up front on my end is way better than offering a $500 discount to the new buyer when he complains that the brakes and rotors are bad on the maxima while he goes on a test drive with it. hes gonna tell me parts are expensive and labors even more expensive when he buys it and have His mechanic replace the parts.. Get the point? Even the tires are like brand new on this Maxima 245 45 18 is not a cheapo size, especially if you have name brand tires on like I do on this car, Yokohama. Like I said, this is a turn key and drive kinda car, all maintenance and wear and tear items has been basically replaced, including the big ticket items like the transmission, tires, and struts.. Just look at my feedback, would you prefer to buy from a guy with over `1200+ feedback, that is 1200+ car related feedbacks!! or buy from a guy with 1 feedback? the choice is yours.. thanks for looking. On May-09-14 at 20:05:30 PDT, seller added the following information: One more thing, car has been Pa Inspected this week and now has May of 2015 sticker on the car. Another Bonus for this car. Car will also have an alignment done this coming Monday 5/12/14 due to the struts being replaced. It is recommended that the car be driven for a few hundred miles to let the new suspension settle-in and break-in before doing an alignment on it, that is the reason I didnt do the alignment immediately after the strut replacement. NO RESERVE! Top bidder will Steal this Gem!
