This truck is ready for someone to take it to the next level. I have invested over $10,000.00 in the truck and don't have the time to finish it or the space to store it. It is a 1961 Ford Econoline pickup truck with a 144 engine and manual transmission 3 on the tree. I was in the final part of a restoration when I purchased one that was completely done. I only can keep one so I am selling this grey 5 window. The truck has been completely painted ( small scratch near filler hose). Things done to the truck. 1. New tires and wheels 2. New fuel pump 3. Rebuilt carburetor 4. New brakes and master cylinder 5. New Exhaust manifold with complete muffler system 6. The tank was dipped and cleaned with new sending unit installed. 7. Great total paint job. Parts that come with the truck 1. Factory Rubber weather stripping for both doors 2. Extra used complete transmission 3. Window guides and felt kit for both windows 4. Extra instrument cluster 5. 1962 used wire harness 6. one pair of visors Things I would do to finish the truck. 1. The truck starts and drives but third gear grinds a little going into gear ( replace parts with the extra trans provided.) 2. The interior needs to be carpeted ( inside paint is rhino liner) 3. The truck has lights, starts, but needs to be rewired ( use the harness I have or purchase one on line) 4. I may have an original steering wheel coming but not sure 5. All the glass is in good condition and the front windshield needs new rubber gasket ( $125.00 ). 6. The front end will scrape the tires a little on a big bump so I would re tensioned the leaf springs. This truck can be a great show car and I have done a lot to get it close. I have put the reserve very low considering my investment. I welcome you to look at it before you buy it. Shipping must be arranged by the buyer. Truck is sold as is.
