1957 GMC Half Ton Long Bed Pickup. This is a Canadian GMC built on May 22nd 1957 in Oshawa Canada and Sold New by Mid West Motors Ltd. in Regina Saskatchewan Canada. It is an all original Truck very highly equipped for its time. I have enjoyed this GMC for many years but it is now time for a new home. The number matching and original 283 V8 purrs and will drive down the road at 70 mph + and the original Hydra-Matic Auto Transmission shifts smoothly thru all gears. This truck left the GM of Canada plant back in 1957 equipped with Hydrovac Power Brakes, Power Assist Power Steering, Deluxe Cab and Trim, AM Radio, Heater, Large Wrap Around Rear Window and Side Mounted Spare Tire. Professionally Repainted its Original Ocean Green color this truck has won multiple Best in Show Awards from the American Truck Historical Society.
