No accidents All maintenance up to date including timing belt, water pump and more. New Clutch(done while in there to save having to do later as i was plaing to keep) New  Head Gaskets, many consider this a maintenance items as it was a common  failure in older subarus. This issue WILL NOT re-occur. An updated head  gaskets from Subaru have been used and this will outlast the car. Head Gasket Information to first time Subaru owners. If  you have had a Subaru, none of this will be news. A simple google  search " legacy/forester head gasket leaking" will turn up hundreds of  threads and articles. This  issue is present in all 2012 and older single cam Subaru. Typical  symptom if caught early, is a wetness/seepage near the head. On some  cars where owners/shops ignore it, it can turn in to full blown  coolant/oil leaks which sometimes lead to overheated and blown engines. All this will display symptoms as early as 60k miles, however overheating and drip type leaks don't typically come till around 100-130k A  new updated Multilayer Steel Head Gasket resolves this issue  completely. While this revised version has been out for several years  old style gaskets have still been used in assembly plants. Title/Transfer/Payment Cash-no clearing pick up car on the spot.
