1968 Honda CB450 K1The Tank and side covers have been removed and sold from bike! Selling this for parts or repair. I did not mess with the bike to see if it would spark but the bike does have great compression and the tank was very clean before removed. The bike is a great parts bike... just visually I can see that the throttle cable is needing repair, wire harness has a couple splices in spots, the tach does not appear original but the odometer does, the CL450 pipes are from a 68 and look to be almost perfect no rust etc, the tires are dry rotted and need replaced the right side engine cover looks like there was a hole that got repaired at one point also and the handle bars are a little loose. I do have clean title from 1976 that goes with the bike. This will make for a great project. I will part it out but prefer to keep this one together if its possible or worthy. As far as the title: The bike is a 1968 with a title which was last "printed" in 1976 and is an ILLINOIS Title (it is still 100% legible and all here etc.). This title actually even has a S.S. # listed on it. 3. As for the TITLE #'s: Yes the VIN on title and the VIN on frame do match and are easily able to read... I just noticed the pipes are from a 1968 Honda CL450 and some one did add a Tachometer which also looks to me pre 1975 I do not want to list what I think it is from because I am not 100% Positive.4.
