This sweet little A100 Panel Van can be yours. It's from the very first year of production and is in pretty amazing condition. It has spent it's entire life in the California desert. Just look at the amazing shots of the undercarriage! It's the best preserved A100 I've ever seen in terms of rust. There isn't any structural loss in the common problem areas or anywhere else that I have found. As you can see, the interior is all exposed, so there will be no surprises hidden from your sight. This is what I found when I stripped away the 30 year old custom interior (icky). The first style quick release seats are worth a small fortune as they are a favorite of vintage drag racers. The factory antenna is a rare find as well. The best part is this is a running, driving truck that you can have fun cruising around in this summer. It's got a great set of Cooper tires on it. The van has a nice stance sitting on custom de-arched springs and short air shocks. It also has a header running into a full custom dual exhaust and has a nice hot rod sound. Things you can tinker on while you drive it: Gas gauge doesn't work, needs a new gasket for the gas tank sending unit to make it seal better (drips when full), throttle sticks a bit here and there from sitting - needs some lube somewhere. Remember, this is a 50 year old vehicle that will reward you for the TLC you put into it. I can scrounge up some door handles and will throw in an extra gauge panel from my parts stash to help you on your way - just remind me! I have bought and sold many vehicles long distance and will help you get your shipping set up if needed. It's nothing to worry about. Figure $1000-2000 depending on your distance from WA. It can take anywhere from a week to a month depending on the route and how remote your location is.
