This bike was made from a 1982 Honda CX500. This bike was made as a replica of a bike we made a couple of years ago called "Low and Mean" The original bike can be viewed here. www.youtube.com/watch Interest in the bike exploded and the bike sold for $6500 on ebay in less that 24 hours. Several people wanted us to build another "Low and Mean". After many other custom jobs, we finally got around to making a Replica and here it is. I encourage you to subscribe to our channel and watch all of our bike builds to get a feel for what we do. There were many upgrades made to this bike, the video explains them. The pictures and videos really do say it all. But for those of you that would rather read about the features, here you go. The engine is in perfect running order, compression 158/160. The valves were adjusted to factory specs. Carbs were dipped, cleaned, rejected, fitted with chrome pods, synced and adjusted. All mechanical work was performed by a state certified master motorcycle mechanic. Since this is a liquid cooled engine, it should run forever, with proper maintainance. 18000 original miles. New seals and gaskets on the crankcase and water pump. No leaks, no cracks. This is not the quickest bike in the bunch, but maybe the smoothest. It can cruise at 80 no problem. Clean title with all matching numbers. The frame and engine is a 1982, the wheels and tank are 1978. Most of the custom features that you see, seat, side panels, fairing, dash, and mounts, were made by hand. This is NOT A CATALOG CAFE. You can not buy or make a bike like this off the shelf.
