For sale is a 1971 Honda SL350 with a clear title in my name. This is a no reserve auction. The bike is in fairly good shape for its age and has just over 8,000 miles on it. It runs and rides great. A vintage performance Hooker 2-into-1 exhaust system in on the bike. The tires are newer Kendas with plenty of tread remaining. Both side covers are present, although they have been drilled at the front and have a partial crack (left side is worse than right; see photos). The stock air boxes have been replaced with Uni filters, but the originals (minus filters) are available. A rear sprocket from Sprocket Specialists and chain for street use have been installed, but the original rear sprocket comes with the bike. A brand-new battery has been installed.The bike has been repainted cherry red. The ignition switch has been moved from under the gas tank to the handlebar risers. The lights work except for the speedometer back light. The horn also is not working at this time.There is some surface rust here and there (various bolts, some spokes, etc), but the bike is in good condition overall. The only other thing that I think needs replaced is the gas tank latch mechanism. The gas cap is present, but the latch has been removed from the bike. The tool box lid is missing. The tail light is also cracked.The bike is sold as-is. Local pick-up is preferred, but I will work with shippers if you arrange it.
