1984 Chevrolet Corvette This is my wife’s car. We purchased it a year ago from a local vintage car dealer. We have spent over $4000 repairing & replacing whatever was needed including paint & interior work & having it mechanically inspected. The air conditioner was resealed and the condenser was replaced. Fluids, belts hoses, plugs and wires were replaced as needed including complete tune up. All over re-spray including new door rubbers, rear hatch rubber, window rubbers and felt, all emblems replaced. The only things that we didn’t get to was the cruise control and power antenna-neither work. The only problem we have had in the 600+ miles it has been driven is the radio quit working (loose wire?). It was sold to us as miles exempt due to the federal law stating that vehicles 10 years and older are considered exempt. Here is what I found out about the mileage. It is now showing 102152 and it had approximately 101500 when we bought it from the dealer in 2013. It had 94617 in 2009. We feel that the miles are accurate but the car is being sold with miles exempt. The car shows no signs of abuse or abnormal wear and runs and drives out 100%. The pictures are recent and are an accurate depiction of the condition of the car. There are no hidden surprises. We are selling due to medical bills and 2 grandchildren (5 & 7) and only room for 1 which does not work well.We encourage and welcome you to come inspect the car. UNFORTUNATELY, OUR LISTING WAS REMOVED BY EBAY DUE TO OUR NEGLECTING TO ENTERING THE VIN #. WE HAVE SOLD OTHER CARS ON EBAY SINCE 2008 THAT DID NOT REQUIRE THE VIN # DUE TO THEM BEING PRE 1980'S CARS (1930-1964) AND WE DID NOT REALIZE THAT THE ACTUAL VIN # HAD TO BE PROVIDED ON THIS CAR. SORRY FOR ANY CONFUSION BUT IT WAS JUST AN OVERSIGHT ON OUR PART. THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT HAS ALREADY MADE AN OFFER.
