I bought this impala to make a supernatural car known as metalicar to fans of the show. this a a 65 not a 67 like in the show but i think it looks just as good without copying the shows car. that being said, it is a 1965 Chevy impala 4door hardtop. which means there is no post in the middle. i spent over $10000 in her and $6000 was last year alone. new window seals new trunk seal, new 350 engine, with badges that match, new starter, alternator, new radiator, new direct fan, black Chevy cast aluminum valve covers, black air cleaner, interior done minus the seats, new taillights, headlights, fan blower, tires are good, true 50's in back, rally wheels,( but has some scratches.), new paint. the bad. after all was done and i ran out of money, i tore the rubber mat in the trunk, so i took it about to find that moisture got by the old weatherstripping and got under mat and rusted. not terrible, but never the less its there. the is a short in the headlights. after you run the highbeams for a few minutes, they start turning off and on on their own,, replaced the highbeam switch twice, all headlights, and voltage regulator. still does it.
