1980 Honda CBX Super SportOne-owner, One-rider, meticulously maintained! To this day, one of the baddest machines to ever hit the road. This bike was ridden all of its life and has not had the curse of not being ridden regularly. This bike was bought new by an artist and meticulously maintained. He rode this thing as much as he possibly could and always kept it professionally serviced. Any cyclist knows that the worst thing that can happen to a motorcycle is for it to sit. I have several thousand dollars in maintenance receipts alone for this bike. Although it has 38000 miles, you would never know it by the way it runs. This bike comes with the rare factory sports-package! Everything on the bike works as it should. The original seat (one small separation) as seen in photos is in otherwise great shape. It is cold-blooded on start-up but runs perfect and starts at just the touch of a button after it warms up. The starter doesn't engage fully at times when the bike is cold but once the bike warms up it works fine. Not sure of the cause but it doesn't affect the way the bike runs. There are no dents or dings in the gas tank and the original paint shines like new! Inside the tank shines like new as well! There are no wobbles, shimmies, or shakes going down the road and it runs like the wind! Take a look at the photos! This is one incredible machine!
