Vehicle Detail

My loss is your gain! I had bought a 1970 Mustang Coupe a while back to restore. Once I got it, I discovered that the undercarriage was in pretty rough shape. I did some research and found that I could get a complete Dynacorm floor assembly for about $2500.00 plus truck freight. I was then going have to pay someone to cut out the old one and weld in the new floor. I decided that was going to cost too much so I found this replacement shell from Arizona and bought it instead. There were quite few parts stored inside the car when it arrived such as 2 buckets seats, a rear seat, a hood, a wiring harness and numerous other bits and pieces. I can not say for sure if these parts were even part of the original car. Even though it is just a rolling shell without an engine or transmission, I do have a clean title in hand. It had a coat of primer on it when I got it and it went right in to my garage right away and it has sat there ever since. It now has some signs of surface rust on the outside of the primer so it would all have to be cleaned down to the bare metal again. As I tried to point out, there are some small holes in the rear quarter panels and along the lower part of the doors. Patch panels can be ordered fairly cheaply from CJ Pony Parts or a similar source. This is going to be a "no reserve" auction so someone will have an opportunity to get a complete "original 1970 Mustang shell" for close to the price of just a replacement Dynacorn floor assembly without having to pay someone to cut out all the rusted floor pans and weld the new one in. I had to put in a number for the mileage so put in 100,000 but since this is only the shell without an engine or transmission, I really have no idea as to the actual mile on the body. I would be available to assist in loading it on a trailer. Don't miss this opportunity and thanks for looking! Also please check out the original car on E-Bay as well. That too is a no reserve auction and the car will be sold. This vehicle is also listed locally so I reserve the right to end the auction early. Thanks I had a tried to take some pictures of underneath the car before and they had not turned out. I had a request for some so I just went out and tried to take some more and hopefully you will be able to determine the condition of the undercarriage from these pictures. I apologize for the picture quality but I was trying to do this while laying on the floor. Thanks
