your looking at a 2008 E450. it was a ambulance and the ambulance body has been removed, has no rust, 341000 miles, i am unsure if the engine is original or not, it has a 2007 sticker on it. in my opinion it runs way to good to have that many miles. it would make a great hauler or use it as parts, this 6.0 powerstroke and 5 speed automatic trans will also work in 03-07 ford f series pickups, if someone tells you it wont there full of it and trying to sell you a $6000 engine. it will run and drive anywhere you need to take it. if you have any questions please feel free to call me at 605-880-1319 P.S. this unit must be paid for within 7 days after the auction is done and must be picked up from my location within 14 days, thank you and have a great day
