FOR SALE WITH NO RESERVE 1979 SUZUKI GS850 Selling my original 1979 Suzuki GS850 with no reserve. Highest bidder will take it home. This motorcycle has low mileage. 22,291 miles to be exact. It currently still has a valid Ny state inpection that is good until August 2014. The title is clear and and ready to be transferred over to the new owner. My bike has a full fairing kit with shoei hard bags that are included in the auction. The bike received new tires and battery last riding season. The exhaust is original but the baffles were drilled out. It's also missing the right side cover that sits over the rear brake master cylinder. The gas tank has no rust inside and no dents what so ever. However, under the right side suzuki emblem there is a very small amount of surface rust that's hard to notice. (Look at picture). This was the first year of the gs850 and only year to feature both electric and kickstart. These bikes are super reliable and becoming harder to get with low mileage. The carbs may need a quick cleaning. It's been hard starting in the colder weather. Everything works on this motorcycle as it should. This is a NO RESERVE auction. Remember highest bid takes it home.
