I am the second owner and the car has always been garaged. Well maintained with oil changed every 7k miles. The interior is in excellent condition as is the exterior. There is a small amount of cosmetic damage to the exterior in the form of paint chips to the right front air dam and a small section of plastic grill which is shown in the photos. I replaced the run flats with Pirelli Nero Zero tires for improved handling and feel. As a result the TPMI light comes on. I understand this can be disabled if needed. This car is hands down the best BMW I have ever owned for performance, ride comfort and amenities. The voice activation feature allows you to keep your eyes on the road and the Logic 7 sound system is high quality. The manual 6spd transmission is as smooth and positive as the day I purchased the car. There are no mechanical or electrical issues. BMW had a battery cable recall which was complied with in July 2013.
