Vehicle Detail

I am selling this car for my mother, who lives 425 miles away in North Carolina. I will do my very best to describe the car, but if there are any questions I may not have instant answers, but I'll certainly relay them to her and get an answer as soon as possible. She has owned this car since 2004, and I've been quite familiar with the car since then. She's selling the car now because she just bought a new C-Class. The car has a brand new catalytic converter, as well as O2 sensors. I was just at her place last week and drove the car for a day. Its still a terrific driving car. Mechanically, the engine is strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. Car handles great. Brakes work good. Honestly, the only issues I know of are: the battery probably needs to be replaced. She hasn't driven it much in the last couple of months, so its had to be jumped a few times, but I never had any issues while running several errands the day I had it. If I were I near the car, Id just replace it myself now. The radio is not currently working, but I believe this to be due to battery failure as its asking for a code. This should be easily rectified. She tells me the mechanic who replaced the catalytic converter told her that the driver power seat is not working. I did not notice this as I didn't try to adjust, but i would think this is just a fuse or something if it is indeed not working. Aside from that, its just normal wear and tear that one might expect from a 15 year old car with almost 240k miles. The car is built like a tank and feels extremely safe on the road. She's kept up with maintenance very well on the car the entire time she's had it. Aside from routine maintenance, I specifically recall it going in for service to the air conditioner a couple years ago (working now), as well as having the audio amplifier replaced a year or so ago. The paint is far from perfect, but really not bad. I noticed some little dings on the front of the car that looked like various bugs, tiny pebbles, and any other small road debris had hit it over years of highway driving. Nothing glaring. The interior is in pretty good shape for its age. No rips, stains, or anything major like that. Just wear. She hates to see it go. She just felt it was time for something new. However, she's told me multiple times that she doesn't love her new car like she does the CLK, and that's she's considered just keeping it. But two cars makes no sense for her, so the old one has to go. Please let me know if you have any questions.
