2004 Toyota Prius for PARTS OR REPAIR (Can Not Be Driven) Car is located in Glen Burnie, MD 21061 For bid is a 2004 Toyota Prius. This car was driven daily to commute back and forth from Glen Rock, PA to Catonsville MD until last week when the right drive axle broke. The car will power on, gas engine will run but the car CANNOT BE DRIVEN. It will need to be towed from where it is currently parked in Glen Burnie, MD. (search zip 21061) This car is being sold as-is to either use for parts or to repair yourself to make road ready again. Aside from the broken axle, it does have some other issues that we were living with but in the interest of full disclosure they are listed here. 1) Center dash all-in-one display does not work. Radio, cd and climate control can still be operated from the controls on the steering wheel. 2) Red Triangle warning lite on dashboard referring to automatic headlight leveling adjuster that doesn't work. 3) Right front headlight doesn't work. 4) Minor body dents and dings with one deep dent left rear corner. (see pictures) 5) Passenger door mirror needs to be replaced. (slid into it during previous week's ice storm) Currently held in place with duct tape. The remotes work (1 needs a new battery) and all power windows, door locks, wipers, washers function normally. Winning bidder must pay $200 deposit within 24 hours of auction's end. Balance to be paid in cash at time of pick up unless other arrangements are made ahead of time. car will need to be picked up within 7 days of auction's end.
