1990 Ford F250 XLT LARIAT 2wd DIESEL 7.3 idi (non-turbo). Here is a true diesel survivor. If you are looking at this ad you know they are becoming more and more rare each year. This truck is in good shape for its age. NO RUST....Southern truck. It drives and rides awesome! I purchased a full reman set of injectors from Pensacola Diesel injection last fall for $185. It will crank in the coldest weather. Even at 5 degrees over the winter it starts right up with no problems so no need for glow plug worries. The air condition has been converted to 134 and is cold. the heat works great. the alternator is about a year old. the batteries are good. I keep the oil and filter changed. there has been no mods to this truck. it is absolutely pure stock. The transmission shifts great. The truck comes with the tool box in the bed unless you just don't want it. The power windows work but the door locks will need electric solenoids that you can buy online and replace easy...I just haven't got around to it. The tires are good and the are the correct load rating for the truck. The paint is good on the sides but the clear coat has come off on the hood and the clear is coming off on the tops of each fender. The interior is good but the drivers seat and passenger seat could use a recover. I just threw some seat covers on them. this is a really good truck. Good LuckOn Mar-05-14 at 11:57:20 PST, seller added the following information: Mileage is 264k... not 164kOn Mar-09-14 at 08:14:28 PDT, seller added the following information: Dual tanks,The switch works as it should, however the rear tank must be kept above half tank or it will run out, the pickup tube needs replacing in that tank. The front tank gauge does not work but it draws fuel fine. I have just got used to filling both and refilling after around 200 miles. I have read online that the pickup tubes are a common problem on these old fords. Also, The fast speed on the windshield wipers doesn't work. But the slow works and the washer fluid does too.
