Up for sale is a very nice, collector quality 1988 TRX 250R (not the same one that was sold last week). This is a single owner machine that has seen very little use (the 70 year old owner estimated 30-40 hours max). This is probably the lowest hour 1988 250R I have come across. This has been stored for the last 10 years with no use! It is on it's original bore, and got a new piston at some point. The original rear plastics are in good shape, but do have some light spiderwebbing near the back, and one crack at the hand hold. The fronts are in really good shape, with just a very small area that has spiderwebbing. One of the mount tabs for the fender rubber strap is broken off. All finishes are in excellent condition as this was never left out exposed to the elements. Everything is in perfect working order on this quad. The only non OEM parts are the pipe and silencer which are Bill's Pipes, the rear wheels and the front wheels/tires. It has the original rear tires that are in excellent condition, and new Ohtsu Fronts on aluminum wheels. I have taken as many pics as possible to show just how nice this 250R is. It comes with all of the original paperwork. The pink slip/title and registration is current and paid through 2014. This is an ideal bike for a collector and just needs a few parts to be 100% original. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping.
