1938 Chrysler Royal for sale in need of a full restoration. The car is complete and only has surface rust to the body as it was kept indoors for many years. I believe the rockers are the only body part with rust holes. I purchased with the intent to restore it myself but don't have time. The previous owner claimed he had it running and driving within the last 4 years but I am not able to verify.
