A 1986 HONDA PRELUDE 2.0 SI, AUTOMATIC IN RARE EXCELLENT CONDITION One owner for the last 21 years, always cared for, garaged, genuine Honda service (records), and smoker free. Exterior and Interior are in excellent condition and extremely clean. Engine and transmission are smooth, responsive and in excellent running condition (see videos), everything is stock original, OEM Honda serviced. Working original Honda Stereo cassette system and Honda floor mats and owner's manual included. There are a few current maintenance issues noted in the Prelude's most recent (performed on 12/06/13 by local Honda dealer) Honda multi-point inspection (see notes included in pictures): *CV boots worn need replacement *Tie rod and upper ball joints wear (need replacement for wheel alignment) *Oil leak small (dealer recommending steam and dye for detection) *Power steering fluid leak has been treated with a bottle of Stop Leak. Might be holding up, but if there is still a leak it is a small leak. *Valve cover gasket replacement *Brake flush recommended *note: A/C is *not* cooling in it's current state, A/C system was replaced new a few years ago, but there is a leak and the a/c belt is missing.* *Red PGMFI light comes on in dashboard while driving, but with no adverse effect on fuel system performance (common occurrence in older Honda models) and the fuel system has seen recent Honda service inspection and maintenance. Prelude always runs with Shell Premium Unleaded gasoline and sees 24-26 mpg combination city highway driving typically. There are a few exterior issues most notably rust around the driver's side rear wheel well and fading of the clear coat on the pillars, along with some small side dings on both rear quarter panels and a scuff on the passenger's door from when the car was in storage for a year. The car was repainted in '99 in Iowa and the rust on the rear wheel well bubbled back through the paint but has not grown significantly in the last 14 years it's been in Arizona. (please see pictures and videos as these issues can be clearly seen in them) Interior is in excellent condition including seat fabric, vinyl and carpet, and extremely clean (smoke and stain free). There is a seam separation along the edge of the rear seat on the driver's side and the the driver's seat is showing some fabric wear with a small tear from thinning on the left shoulder along with outer leg cushion wear. Trunk is extremely clean both carpet and underneath and entirely rust free. All interior electronics (headlights, signals, wipers, cruise, mirror, and radio) are working though passenger's side window slightly stiffens going about halfway up. Drivers door lock does not lock from the inside, but does from the outside. (please see pictures and videos) Please see videos and photos carefully. Car sold "as is".
