Vehicle Detail
Selling my Mustang because I was given family car from a relative. I bought this Mustang from my neighbor in 2005 and drove it for 5 years. I stopped driving it in 2011 and has been parked in my driveway. I was periodically driving it down the street to keep it lubed and flowing but last summer it would not turn off with the ignition switch so had to unplug the heavy ignition lead from the center of the coil to stop the engine. The ignition switch was replaced but the coil lead from the ignition switch gets hot (even if the coil is disconnected from it or or bypassing with new wire). The engine turns over but doesn't start. The last major work done was done by Muscle Road in Madera on the front end: lower & upper control shafts, bushings, A-arms, strut rod, ball joints, shocks and mounts. MAD-TOWN Tires and wheels installed a seal on the differential and changed the gear oil. Martin Ceja Auto did the alignment. The tires are good and wear evenly after all this work. Many new parts installed: Starter, Alternator, Voltage Regulator, Starter Relay, Battery, Battery Cables, Spark Plugs & Wires, Ignition Switch, Ignitor, Radiator, Fuel Pump, Carburetor Rebuild, Master Cylinder, Brake Cylinder, Lines, Brake Shoes & Adjusters, Shock Absorbers, Power Steering Pump, Tires, Bearings, and more. I believe the previous owner had a lot of work done on the exhaust system, auto glass, and upholstery. Registration is current with California non-op status and California title. I will pick you up at the Fresno Air Terminal or Madera Amtrack Station free of charge if you decide to try to start the car and drive it home after you purchase it.
