Vehicle Detail

You are bidding on a 1964 chevy c10 long bed pickup. I have owned the truck for about 15 years now and have used as a daily driver. The truck has a 283 2 barrel carburator and a 350 automatic transmission. The truck has high mileage (over 100,000) but has been very dependable. The truck has cold air and a good heater, manual brakes and manual steering. Many of the front end parts have been replaced but has worn control arm bushings. The wood bed is solid but is weathered. The weather stripping and window rubbers were replaced about 7 years ago as well as many other parts that have needed replacing due to normal wear and tear. The paint job is old and looks OK but has scratches and chips. The truck does have rust at the bottom of the air vents on both sides and on the drivers side rocker panel but is not a "rust bucket" in my opinion. The rust is under the paint on the fenders and can be seen on the rocker panel when the drivers door is open about the size of a nickel and a dime. The truck is 50 years old and needs restoring, but I think the truck would make a good "Rat Rod" or restoration project. Please email me with any questions that you have, and happy bidding. On Feb-18-14 at 12:49:12 PST, seller added the following information: You are bidding on a 1964 chevy c10 long bed pickup.
