Vehicle Detail
She has a 1722cc motor from Fomoco out of washington state with a 2 barrel carburetor with less than 5k miles. I lifted the deck lid cuz i liked the look and it helped cool the larger engine. She has a new electric fuel pump, new gas tank and gas line, new front beam with new everything new including the steering dampener. I replaced the brake lines and master cylinder, wheel cylinders and pads, and the drums. I put in a high performance clutch and a rebuilt transmission. Oh, and a brand new Rag Top! She needs the driver's side floor board replaced and a few rust spots grounded out and a new paint job. The interior is in decent shape. Mechanically she's great; fast and powerful. Cosmetically she needs a bit of love but nothing severe. On Jan-31-14 at 07:11:59 PST, seller added the following information:I bought her with the intention of restoring her as my daily driver. She was my baby….until my wife and I had a baby. I recently had seat belts installed, even one for the back seat. My wife wasn't sold so…she has to go. She's 80 % on her way to being perfect. Just needs some one to take her the rest of the way.On Feb-09-14 at 18:16:48 PST, seller added the following information:Someone asked if it was 12V or 6V. She's had a full 12V conversion and all lights and signals work properly. The engine also has a cam in it and the double barrel carburetor is a progressive. As far as I know the heater channels are fine. She does need new heat exchangers at some point. They bolt onto the heads to help cool the engine and are about a buck fifty per side. With the deck lid lifted the oil temp stays around 180/190. 210 on a really hot New York summer's day. Yes, it can get pretty hot in NY, Like I said, she's not perfect...but she can be made to be.
