Up for auction is a 1963 Lincoln Continetal. This car was recently pulled out of a barn and has been setting there since 1989. Overall the car is in great condition for as old as it is. There does not seem to be any rust on the car other than some surface rust behind the rear wheel openings on the lower part of the quater pannels. The bottom side of the car is solid. On the title it shows 50,193 miles as the actual miles on the car. Again the car is real solid and complete. The exterior of the car does have some minnor paint chips and small dings, but no major dents. The bumpers will need re-finshed. All the trim is on the car. The interior looks to be in decent shape as well. There is one small hole in the headliner the size of a quarter. The seats look real good for there age. The dash is complete and the dash pad is good and does not have any cracks. The car will need new carpet. In the trunk is all 4 original steel wheels and hub caps. This car is complete and this in it's self is worth quit a bit. If you try to go out and find small trim pieces or nobs it can get expensive fast. The car currently is not running, but I do not believe it would take much to get going. Maybe a tune up and fresh oil and it would probley would run. When the car was parked back in 1989 it was in running condition. Before being put back on the road the car will need all the of the brakes redone and some maintance. This car would make for an excellent restoration project and not require a lot of work to get back on the road. I can help you or your shipper load the car but it will require a winch to load the car. Please do not bid on the car if you do not entend to own it. I do not want to have to relist the car because someone backed out or the wife would not let them buy the car. I perfer cashers check or money order for payment. The car is for sale locally.
