1965 Datsun Pick Up Truck,Originally bought new in California has been in Florida since 2000,bought as a restoration project and when it arrived it was running poorly and interior was weathered but intact,the engine and transmission were removed and after countless time sourcing original parts,rod and main bearings,rings,oil pump,camshaft,New Carburetor, gaskets,New Clutch and Pressure Plate and Throwout bearing,all new Bearings and seals in transmission,new clutch master cylinder,Basically the Truck has undergone a Mechanical Restoration that has taken 12 years to complete,it has been inside in a dry environment the entire time,the Truck Runs and Drives Good,it Stops Shortly After You step on the Brakes,they work fine just nothing like new stuff. This Truck has NEVER BEEN RUSTY,the frame has been cleaned up and painted but the floor of the cab and bed have been left alone so You can see there has been NO RUST REPAIRS,there is quite a collection of extra parts that will be available after purchase of truck,the tailgate on the truck is rust free but is wavy there is a rust free nice gate included in sale along with a set of hinges for it.Paint on the Truck was on it when it came from California and the decision to leave the paint alone was made because it Shines Very Well and it shows how good the Truck Really is.all the chrome on this truck has been redone,both bumpers and grill,all handles and window cranks,wing window frames,it looks great,the Truck is For Sale Locally and Auction can end at anytime up till Reserve is Met.
