Up for auction is a 1951 Willys Overland two wheel drive wagon, Stock F head 134 4 cylinder with rebuilt 3 speed trans and working overdrive. 12 Volt electrical with GM alternator, new aluminum HD radiator, new brakes, new tires and tons more. Rear body has been woodgrained and sealed. Seats are good, as are the door panels, the headliner needs to be redone, floor has had some rust repair, needs new windshields (flat glass) but the car comes with new windshield and slider window rubbers (slider windows are not mounted at this time). The Willys starts right up and drives well, it has been updated with a push button starter and electric fuel pump. The brakes were redone and it stops as well as it goes, and it rolls on the original rims with brand new original mold BF Goodrich silvertown wide white walls. While there is some repairs to the front floors, all the rest of the body is VERY solid. The front grill is all new with chrome grill bars, the bumpers and guards need replating but are not rusty (Rear bumper is not shown but comes with the wagon). Some of the dash gauges have not been hooked up to the 12 volt and will require a dropping resistor,. Some finishing work is needed, this was being built as a driver not a high point show car .....PLEASE ask ANY questions BEFORE bidding......I may be interested in trades for another collector car in the year range 1946-1961 however ebay fees will be paid
