Honda 1980 CBX six cyl with 14505 miles. Has been in storage the last 7 years. 174 miles put on bike to keep lubricated. This bike won a second place award at the 2002 Marlington CBX rally show and a second place award at the Concours D' Elegance Riding into History event in St. Augustine, FL. This CBX has had many NOS parts installed and has had great care. It has 1979 cams installed for a few more HP and runs strong. The brakes were rebuilt front and rear. The bike has a NOS factory sport kit and custom made 39mm sport bars and a complete 1981 front end, custom made front fender mount to raise the 1980 front fender up 5mm. This X handles and stops much better with the 81 front end. Included are most all the OEM parts to take it back to stock condition. This CBX was in the last 100 made at the Marysville, OH plant. The paint is in non faded original great condition. OEM toolkit and owners manual included. Installed NOS parts: 150 mph Speedo, Tach, 81 front wheel/calipers/disks and master cyl, rear shocks, turn lens, mirrors, taillight lens, crank covers, front foot pegs rubbers, 81 rear disk 100 mi on it now. Sport kit, Honda Line crash bars. New Speedo has 1,974 miles. Non OEM parts: Rubber hand grips, billet oil filler cap, chrome oil cooler brackets. Extra parts: 80 front wheel/tire/disks, 80 front fork tubes, 80 front calipers and master cyl, 80 foot side plates, 80 rear disk and caliper, 80 speedo (85 mph) and tach 12,580 miles, 80 cams (2). Flaws: Small ding at the rear of tank by seat, small ding left exhaust pipe rear at tip, yellow color on header pipes (normal use). Power coat is pealing on the front and rear master cyl. Not a perfect resto, but a very nice show condition CBX that has a few small nicks to show it was on the road. Please ask questions, sold as is. No warranty, shipping from zipcode 85262.
