Vehicle Detail
Selling my rare 1991 BMW e32 750iL AC Schnitzer, granite silver exterior with practically zero rust, unique black buffalo leather interior in overall good condition. 114,738kms J-spec and Aircared (our strict emission testing which it easily passed) till Apr 2014, no known accidents. Body still isolates road noise impeccably like a true 7 and wind noises are virtually non-existent, the car seals well & does not leak water into the interior whatsoever. A lot of new OEM front end parts, rear self leveling suspension in good shape and fully functional. Brakes have lots of pad life left, tires have good tread. All power accessories work which is rare for e32's and the A/C blows 2deg celsius, factory alarm, rear sunshade fully functional. Has the rare 'switchblade' key/remote, back up key is also included. Absolutely no warning lights or warning messages! Has the rare AC Schnitzer package which includes a complete body kit, staggered 8"/9" x 18" polished aluminum rims & lowering springs. Full size spare on factory alloy is in good shape. Also has all of the euro goodies: Hella 'smiley' headlights, clear turn signals + sidesignals + rear fog lamps; this encompasses the sidemarker & 3rd brakelight delete. The silky smooth, performance chipped V12 is very responsive and pulls hard, fully tuned up and will not need one for a while. In case you're not familiar with a chipped M70, this engine should dyno ~330HP & 350ft/lbs Torque. Doesn't burn oil or run hot even with the A/C on. Transmission shifts smooth and the diff is quiet. Recent work includes: - rear sunshade replacement - all 4x original ACS rims have been professionally straightened + polished to a mirror shine - oil change - new spark plugs - new caps + rotors - new transmission fluid & filter - fuel system cleaned - throttle bodies refurbished - MAF's cleaned - Wokke performance chips in the 2x DME's + EML - wiper blades - engine power cables replaced - A/C recharge - new upper & lower control arms - new front struts - drag link & tie rods - sway bar links - rear dogbones Being a high end 23 yr/old vehicle, it of course is not perfect or in mint condition for my asking price. I believe in being upfront as I cannot imagine one picking up the vehicle only to be disappointed with it's stated condition. These are the known issues: - back window was recently cracked by a vandal - rear defroster still works for the most part and the glass is still smooth & does not leak water; will replace it for the buyer before pick up if negotiated in the best offer/winning bid - driver seat leather itself is in good shape, though one of the seams has split ~4", has to be restitched for it to be primo - the car's paint has definitely seen better days, could definitely use a repaint and would be an absolute gem with a new paint job; new AC Schnitzer decals/striping are still available for under $100 (to bring back the car's appearance as shown) - has an ever so slight '55mph shimmy' - the thrust arms have been replaced which eliminated the so-common violent shaking, but some days the shimmy is very slight and some days not at all; will get an alignment before auction end to see if it eliminates it once and for all - rear bumper has a small crack and the rear passenger door has a slight dent as shown by the pictures - headliner sags slightly above the rear seats + under the sun visors - one of the lower oil pan bolts is stripped and the car has a slight oil leak, the lower oil pan is super easy to access in case you are wondering; will try to fix via Helicoil before auction end but I cannot guarantee that I will be able to find the time to do so. - traction control (aka ASC) does not turn off (ASC still activates in normal operation though); could be something simple like a defective ASC dash switch or ???; I never drive the car in snow or abuse the car hard enough to turn the traction control off and spin the tires, so it really doesn't bother me. Even with the condition of the finish on the car, the car still shows well driving by or at 20ft as shown by the pictures. Your chances of seeing another e32 750iL AC Schnitzer are extremely thin. There is a very good chance that the car would qualify for collector plates in B.C.. It might even qualify for collector plates in your jurisdiction, but I cannot confirm that for sure. I'm a BMW enthusiast & would be happy to take the time to discuss the car in detail with all serious buyers. Email or message me if you would like to talk over the phone (we can exchange phone numbers privately), I would be more than willing to answer any questions over the phone or in person if you would like. *Car is residing in Vancouver, B.C.* let's discuss if you're serious & interested. Have too many cars so I have to sell a few, so throw me your best bid or offer!
