2001 TOYOTA PRIUS- CLEAN TITLE- 147K MILESThis Prius belongs to a friend of mine and has been parked on my lot for the past year and few months. Recently, he came by and told me that he can't afford the storage fee so he just left the vehicle. I have done an incomplete registration, it is an hybrid and doesn't need smog check. It owes a few hundred for the expired registration. When I connect jumper cables the car comes to life but does not start. I don't know what the problem is. Looks like its going to need a battery.
