Rare MZ Baghira 660 Dual-Sport ! - Up for auction we have one very nice rare piece of Germany machinery . This is a one owner MZ “Baghira” model dual-sport on/off road motorcycle. Handles great and very fast ! These kind of have a cult following and don’t come up for auction very often. Get yourself a Christmas present, at this price this bike won't last long ! - My good friend recently bought a brand new Suzuki DR650, so made me an offer on his Baghira that I couldn’t refuse. Well, after getting it home I realized that it was too tall for my 5’7” frame, plus I am a 60 year old with a bad back, I decided that I love motorcycles but my off road days are behind me. So before the wife realizes I have bought another motorcycle I decided to sell it ! - The particulars on this bike are as follows: o MZ made a deal with Yamaha to use their 660 single (from the Yamaha Raptor quad ATV) in this bike. Smart move as now you have Germany engineering coupled with Japanese reliability, best of both worlds ! o One owner, only 12K original miles with clear Colorado title! Runs great, no problems. Includes Service Manual and CD with additional information. Bag on front fender is not included, but the original toolkit is ! o New tires front and rear. o New battery, rear brake caliper replaced. o Recently cleaned and tuned carburetors o New oil and filter o New rebuilt front shocks o Cosmetically an easy 8 out of 10 with some paint scrapes and blemishes typical of a bike that goes off road, but overall very nice. Worst paint blemish is on the front edge of the front fender where paint has chipped off (see pictures). Buyer is responsible for all costs and arrangements to have bike shipped. Shipping costs are in addition to the final sell price and a shipping quote is available through Ebay. Because of the recent inclement weather and the Christmas holiday coming up I will allow up to 21 days after auction close for the bike to be picked up. After that $5 will be charged per day until the bike is picked up. Please keep this in mind when bidding.
