FOR SALE: Rare left-hand drive Series IIa Land Rover. 90,000 miles. This IS the vehicle for Rover enthusiast or 4x4 collectors. Car has starred in television shows (Sheena, Queen of the Jungle) and was on the floor of the Longwood Florida Land Rover dealership for years. This is NOT a show car but could easily be restored. It is currently used as it was intended; work and play. 4x4 works EXCELLENT. Although it's mechanically in good shape, it likes to mark its territory occasionally with a little oil (seals). There is some rust on the frame but nothing significant (rubberized coating had been applied at some point). Passenger upper footwell is pitted also. Some minor annoying electrical issues. Tires are new. New brake shoes, wheel cylinders, oil seals and drums (some new, some turned). Great drum brakes due to HUGE booster. Canvas is worn and should be replaced if you are planning on using it. Cost $569.
