For your consideration is a 1988 GMC S15 pick-up truck. This GMC is an abandoned vehicle. It was acquired by the City of Millersville Tennessee Police Department and has been declared surplus and saleable by the City Commission. The winning bidder will be given copies of the court declarations and of the city resolutions which you can use to obtain a new title with. The S15 is in poor to fair shape with interior and exterior issues. It is equipped with a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine with 5-speed manual transmission. It was abandoned in 2010 and could not be started then and has been garage kept here since that point. I do not know if it is able to be started due to the fact that the hood will not open at this time.
