This 1983 Porsche 911 factory Cabriolet spent most of its life in Florida before coming here in 1999 and then only used sparingly during the summer months. Never in rain, sleet, or snow. Stored winters. Has absolutely zero rust Runs and drives as it should with no problems up-shifting or down-shifting in any gear including 2nd! New top recently installed. No oil drips when sitting and is really a nice honest car. When the temperature dips below 50 degrees it takes a little extra time to warm up. Super Low reserve! We are selling this vehicle for a friend, he is elderly and is not fond of computers. He wants it out of his garage to make room for his lady friends new Lexus! We have a clear Title for the car but the auto-check indicates a "Total Loss" at one point of it's life. Prior to the purchase of this car, he had the franchised Porsche dealer in Buffalo go through the car, there were no panels on the vehicle ever replaced, all chassis points showing no damage and has excellent compression and no indication of accident damage whatsoever. Through his ties with the local Porsche club, he was able to find out how that title issue arose. The car was stolen, and hidden for several months. Even the keys seem to be original! The car was paid off by the insurance company and months later found. The insurance company had to sell it as a salvage as required by law. You will see that the auto check shows zero accidents. Very, very, low reserve. Buy it cheap in the winter and have a blast with it next summer or sell it for a profit as these 911's are going up in value fast and the owner is motivated to sell!
