This vehicle was towed by a public agency and was unclaimed. The vehicle was sold to satisfy the tow company’s lien. Since this is a Lien Sale Auction, there are no plates on the vehicle. The winning bidder will receive the California Lien Sale Paperwork we received at the auction along with a bill of sale in order to register this vehicle and receive title. Contact DMV to obtain registration and licensing fees. The lien sale auction is held pursuant to California Lien Sale Civil Codes 3071 or 3072. Vehicles sold with no guaranties or warranties. The purchaser is solely responsible for necessary repairs to insure compliance with California and federal standards. Registration and sales tax are due at DMV. Body appears to be in good condition for year- see pictures Engine- according to the vin it is a 455ci. Engine immediately starts and appears to run well.
