I am an Ebay seller since 2003 1995 Dodge 15 Passenger Van 63K Miles No reserve Sale Virgina Safety Inspection till 7/14 If you need to move people, this is the van for you. It is a 1995 with only 63K miles on it. It drives perfectly. The interior is not beat up. The AC blows cold. It has front and rear heat and AC. The inspection was done in July 2013. The brakes, tires, exhaust, steering, lights, glass, wipers, horn were all checked out and passed. [See the window sticker.] There is a clear Virgina title with this van. There is a recent CD radio.
