Here is a 2005 Honda Shadow 600 VLX . I purchased this bike in April of 2011 , it had 2800 miles on it. Previous owner had put the Vance & Hines cruiser pipes on it . ( original pipes come with it ) .Has a good loud sound to it . It occasionally will blow back air (backfire?) through carb when first accelerating . I thought it might need to be rejetted with the pipes being aftermarket? Ive had this serviced every year with our local Honda shop , they couldn't get it to act up ??? Said it ran fine. It has a scratch on front fender . Also , the rear turn signals have been moved back to fit saddlebags. It does have Vance & HInes pipes , new tires last spring-original were weathercracked , Saddlemen saddlebags , back rack , quik-release windshield , and a cover . It has been a good bike , averages 60 - 65 miles per gallon - I use higher octane fuel . It is a 4 speed , I weigh about 215 and it'll cruise 65+ no problem . I didn't even put a 1000 miles on it this year . Got to many other projects , time to let someone else enjoy it . This is a great starter bike . LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY. NO SHIPPING..
