Truck was stripped of every nut, bolt, washer, screw and wiring. It was taken to it’s most raw state. The media blasted to remove all paint and rust. Then the real work began. 4 inches were chopped from the cab to give it a true hot rod look. All body work done by a old school body man who does not believe in bondo. Metal is heated, cooled and formed back to original condition. If needed new sheet metal welded in. Only correct gauge metal used. Doors were shave of handles. Headlights are Frenched into fenders. Custom side steps made for custom tail pipes. Just so much custom body work I cannot even remember it all. The bed is completely new sheet metal. New Oak wood and stainless strips. Custom Tail Lamps installed – See pictures. The frame was sandblasted and professionally boxed to increase strength. A 1985 Corvette was purchased and stripped for the front and rear suspension. The suspension was removed and completely rebuilt incl: All new polyurethane bushings New tie rod ends front and rear New Ball joints New U Joints on main and side drive shafts Rear end completely rebuilt with 292 ratio New discs front and rear Calipers rebuilt and powered coated High performance pads installed New Steering box installed All aluminum parts were polished for that extra shine! The Small block 350 Chevy from the Corvette was completely stripped and then..... Engine was flux cleaned and block was rebored to .030 oversize. New Pistons New Rods Polished Crankshaft STD on Main and Rod Then all moving components were Balanced with rings New Heads not rebuilt NEW! Compression ratio was kept at 8.5 to 1 as it was built for a supercharger New roller lifters and roller Rockers 1.5 New oil pump Then a brand new Edelbrock Supercharger Kit including the correct carb and a polished Edelbrock serpentine belt system installed. Boost currently at 4 PSI. Engine bolted to a custom built 700 R 4 with a 2400 RPM stall converter. A one of a kind exhaust system was built as can be seen in pictures. Manifolds are long tuber and system is 3 inch from headers to tail pipes. On Dyno there is 490 hp on rear wheels!!! The interior was all custom built in purple suede and black leather and…. New Chrome tilt steering column. LowKar emergency brake system - $600 worth! Complete new wiring system with 20 circuit fuse protection. New Custom Vintage look Gauges with Tach Electric windows and power locks. “Vintage Air” Air Conditon system with heat and defrost! A FANTASTIC 10 speaker Custom sound system just to top it off!! Truck rolls on 20 inch Foose wheels! Just so much it is hard to remember.... ALL THIS AND IT IS RIGHT HAND DRIVE!!!!!! For and Australian buyers I do have a new LT1 engine or a standard 350 V8 I am willing to change engine as I heard this engine may be too much for legal reason in Australia.
