This NO RESERVE AUCTION is for a mechanic special 2004 Chrysler Sebring. This is a 1 owner vehicle that has been owned in D.C. its whole. This car looks very nice going down the road. These cars are one of the best convertibles to have. Chrysler is known for having cars that last long but also remaining affordable. I have not seen a Sebring that has a top that would leak, and I have not seen any indication. CARFAX will show you that this car has never had any damage reported and there are no recalls. INTERIOR: The black leather interior looks to be in good shape with normal wear. The driver seat shows the stress from time, but is still intact. This car is equipped with a loud stereo which sounds great on all speakers. The visors are in great shape unlike most. The A/C is freezing cold on a hot day. The wood grain is in excellent shape. The interior is honestly in great shape. EXTERIOR: The body on this car is actually very nice. I haven’t seen any signs of any damage, there is only a few minor scuffs. This car has been maintained very well. The top works perfectly with no odd sounds. The tires are generally in good shape. The front two tires will need to be replaced eventually as you can tell from the pictures. The outside really is great, just a few very minor flaws. MOTOR/HANDLING: The check engine light is on and there is a reason. When driving I noticed the RPM’s don’t go over 3 1/2k, it seems like a rev limiter is kicking in. The car can get up to 55 mph and run for 30 minutes with no problem. On start up the car fires right up and idling is not a problem. When giving it gas there is some white smoke coming out of the exhaust. I am not sure what this problem could be. This could be a simple fix and I think the check engine light could solve the problem. It is possible that this could be expensive as well. This car drives like it should. The motor sounds like it should. The trans. sounds nice also when shifting manually. The car stops as it should too. The car hits the road great when taking turns. The suspension feels like it should. These cars do get good gas millage. Generally if you’re looking for a cheap car that will last you awhile, I strongly recommend this car. It’s universal, fun to drive, and looks great. Also this car is pretty good on gas considering it is a small V6. This could be a score if you know what this problem is, or if you know your way around cars. If you need a replacement car, or if you have a motor, this is your deal!
