You might recognize my name or my business name from beautiful classic cars and trucks I’ve listed for sale nationally. I’ve got 15 years of classic car and truck experience. I’d like to put that experience to work for you. Over the years I’ve featured many classic cars and trucks at multiple different auctions across the United States. I consign multiple classic cars and trucks at all four of the Barrett Jackson auto auctions every year. I’m considered one of the top consignors at Barrett Jackson. I’ve had many classic cars and trucks sell in the top 25 highest sale priced vehicles for each event. They’ve also offered some of my cars as the “Marc Schiliro Collection”. I was fortunate to have Speed TV at my new facility for an interview for Barrett Jackson that aired during the Barrett Jackson auto auction in Palm Beach 2012. I also have had many cars that have been featured in multiple magazines and multiple websites. I specialize in beautiful classic cars and trucks that have what I call “The Pop Factor”. I purchase classic cars and trucks that are finished, I redesign other people’s restorations and have also coordinated restorations from start to finish. I’m currently not doing full restorations as it takes too much time and money. I love what I do and I’m extremely passionate about it! One year ago I opened a beautiful new facility located in Seekonk, MA. MS CLASSIC CARS is open to the public on Saturdays. We offer about 25 classic cars and trucks for sale. We also offer complete automotive detailing. Our facility is very neat and organized. When you call you deal directly with me. I appreciate the opportunity. If you’d like to be added to our VIP EMAIL BLAST that gets sent to thousands of people when we get a new addition please visit my website and sign up. Please also like us on Facebook for updates. The power of networking is amazing! Market 1024x768 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE I've been collecting classic cars and trucks for over fifteen years now and have seen a lot happen. I've seen the hobby continue to grow not only at the auctions but also with the amount of television shows, magazines and websites that are related to classic cars in some form or another. I strongly believe the classic car market is a great place to invest in. When the economy is strong, the classic car market is extremely strong. When the economy isn't so strong the classic car market holds its own. I've sold classic cars and trucks in both economic conditions. The reason classic cars make such a great investment is because people are crazy about cars, especially the classics! I've learned it's not just the United States; it’s the entire world. Barrett Jackson stated, "Foreigners can sometimes represent 25% of the registered bidders at one of our auctions." At the Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, AZ 2011 they stated, "There was a registered bidder from every state in the USA.” I've also learned that no matter the gender or age, all different people appreciate this hobby. Another example would be the Barrett Jackson auto auctions; not only do millions of people watch it live on the Speed Channel but hundreds of thousands of people attend these auctions. Every year the attendance of visitors at the event and number of viewers on T.V. increase. Over the years I've noticed that the extremely detailed classic cars have always commanded a higher price. Even people who don't have any classic car experience can recognize and appreciate attention to detail. Currently the overall market is on the raise once again. Certain classic cars are on the rise and others are on the decline. Typically, the classic cars that are on the rise are the cars that a lot of people don't own. In other words, there are classic cars that haven't saturated the market. The cars that are at every car show and auction and page on the Internet for sale are the ones that aren't changing in value or are slowly on the decline. Of course, if the car is spectacular it will command a higher price as I mentioned. It's all about supply and demand, not a good or bad economy. Custom cars have remained strong because each car is different from the next one. They each have their own character. “I’m putting my money where my mouth is” I’m just a 36 year old blue collar guy who was working full time selling new and used Mercedes Benz. I was selling my classic cars and trucks part time. Although I had my used car dealers license I didn’t have a facility that was open to the public. Overall things were going just fine. However, my dream was to open my own classic car and truck dealership. I decided to give up my full time job with health insurance and a 401K to open a new classic and truck dealership. I had to invest a ton of money to make that happen and now have a lot more overhead. Do you think I would’ve done all that if I didn’t think the classic car and truck market wasn’t going to remain strong? I consign anywhere from three to eight cars at each Barrett Jackson auto auction at no reserve because I know there’s always going to be bidders for classic cars and trucks. Description1969 Chevrolet Camaro Custom Designed to look similar to the famous “Eleanor” Mustang from the movie ‘Gone in 60 Seconds”! Complete restoration that was built to be driven! Beautiful pepper gray metallic color with black metallic racing stripes continuous racing stripes that go down the front and rear of the car! Brand new front windshield I just installed for a very clear view of the roads! The car is wrapped in new American Racing Daytona 18” wheels with Nitto tires. These wheels are a similar style to the “Eleanor” Mustang wheels. They complement the paint perfectly! Beautiful new black interior with pepper gray metallic dash and center console inserts. The interior has many upgrades! The trunk compartment has been boxed with black carpeting for a clean look! The engine compartment is nicely detailed and is painted the same color as the exterior! The 350 V8 engine has AFR aluminum heads and many other upgrades! The engine is coupled with a turbo 350 transmission with a complete B&M setup! The rear end has been built with limited slip with strange street/strip axles and Richmond 355 gears! The undercarriage of this car is very clean but not show quality. The undercarriage was power washed and gone through. The car has many more options listed below! This Camaro might not be a $100,000 restoration but it draws more attention than some $100,000 restorations! MS CLASSIC CARS is proud to present a beautiful 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Custom. As my website indicates I’ve collected and sold many beautiful first generation Camaro’s. A few years ago I built a 1967 Camaro that I nick named “Silverback”. I designed it to look similar to the famous Mustang named “Eleanor” from the movie “Gone in 60 Seconds”. I painted the front spoiler and ran continuous racing stripes down the front and back of the car. I also added a custom gas cap on the driver’s side quarter panel. The car was a huge success and was picked as Lateral-G’s featured car of the month. I consigned the car to the Barrett Jackson auto auction in Palm Beach in 2010 and it sold for $110,000 with the buyer’s fee. Ever since then I’ve wanted to design another first generation Camaro like it. One day I was searching the internet and I came across the 1969 Camaro you’re about to witness. I found this car locally and was able to go see it in person. I knew the car was gray from the photos but when I arrived I couldn’t believe it was actually painted pepper gray metallic with black metallic racing stripes. I immediately knew what my plan with this car was going to be. I was going to design it like “Eleanor”! As the trim tag indicates this was a Van Nuys car built the second week of February 1969. It was originally Dusk blue with blue interior. The exterior body on this car is very nice and presentable. If you’re looking for a perfect body and a $20,000 paint job this isn’t the car. If you’re looking for a beautiful driver that isn’t $75,000+ this is the perfect car. From what I’ve gathered this car has a new hood, front fenders, inner fender wells, lower valance, header panel and some work to the quarters. The hood, doors and trunk open and close very nicely. I had my shop adjust the driver’s door. The pepper gray metallic paint has been buffed to a beautiful shine. This color is amazing and needs to be seen in person to understand. I had a brand new front windshield installed and it gives a clear view of the road ahead. The remaining glass all appears to be all original and in very good condition. Everything else on the exterior has been restored or replaced. When I got the car the first thing I had done was have the front spoiler painted pepper gray and paint the continuous black metallic racing stripes down the front and rear of the car. This came out beautiful and gives the car such character. Everyone who sees this absolutely loves it! I added the 2010 Camaro black chrome emblems to the front fenders which look slick. The blue Chevrolet bow ties on the front grill and rear panel look great to add a hint of color. It also has upgraded modern style headlights which make the front appearance clean. The car already had a great stance and all I needed to do was wrap it with some nice wheels and tires. Keeping the “Eleanor” theme I added a set of American Racing Daytona 18” wheels with Nitto tires. These wheels and tires fit the car perfectly and match the pepper gray paint. The black interior compliments the exterior perfectly. Everything has been restored or replaced. The dash was painted pepper gray metallic. It has a Covan gauge cluster with Autometer Ultra-Light gauges that look great and give you that modern feel. When I got the car the interior needed some life so I breathed life into it! The changes I made included adding a Billet Specialties steering wheel, B&M black shift handle, a complete Alpine sound system which consists of a CD player with IPod connection and four speakers, painted the console inserts pepper gray and black carpeted mats with matching blue Chevrolet bow ties. I also replaced many items including the astro vents, e brake release lever, gas and brake pedals, complete center console, rear view mirror support, front seat belts with holders and rear headliner sills. Then my detail department completely steam cleaned the entire interior. I invested over $3000.00 just in the interior alone! The trunk compartment is boxed with black carpet. The engine compartment is very detailed. The firewall was smoothed for the clean look and everything was painted the same color as the exterior. This engine compartment has a lot of bling! It houses a built 350 V8 with AFR 195cc aluminum heads. Some other engine upgrades include a Comp Cam with .490 lift, double roller timing chain and hardened push rods. It has a Holley Quick fuel 650 carburetor, pepper gray painted Wieland intake, MSD distributor, wires, 6AL box and blaster coil. This engine starts immediately with the upgraded Power Master starter and runs great. I would estimate around 400 horsepower. It breathes through Hooker Super Comp headers and a 2 ½ Flow Master American Thunder exhaust system that sounds mean. The engine is coupled with a turbo 350 automatic transmission with a complete B&M setup. It has a B&M shifter kit with pro ratchet shifter and a B&M hole shot 2400 stall converter. The power is transferred to the pavement through a built 10 bolt rear end with an Auburn limited slip differential with strange street/strip axles and Richmond 355 gears. I added the new style chrome Chevrolet valve covers and air cleaner, chrome master brake booster and master cylinder and custom show panel. My detail department completely steam cleaned the entire engine compartment. I invested over $2500 just in the engine compartment alone! The undercarriage of this car has been power washed and detailed but isn’t show quality. It has new body bushings; the front suspension was rebuilt, etc. It has power steering and power brakes with front discs and red calipers. The gas tank also appears to be new. This car has serious eyeballs! Owning a classic car and truck dealership I have the option of driving what I have in the collection. I really enjoy driving classic cars and trucks especially on my days off around town where I live. I can keep a car at my house and I decided to keep this one because it just talks to me. I really like this car because it looks awesome coming down the street, feels great to drive and most important it’s not so over the top you’re afraid of ruining it. Get it before someone else does or I change my mind! *** Inspection Report*** If you read my introduction tab or visited my website you’ll probably agree that I’m a perfectionist and represent very detailed classic cars and trucks. My reputation and feedback speaks for itself. No vehicle is perfect and I want to be 100% upfront about each car. This car is 44 years old and isn’t perfect. Please call me at #508-557-0152 or email me with any questions. I’ll tell you everything I know about the car and go over the entire exterior panel by panel if need be. Thank you. Marc Schiliro “The Owner”. Conclusion 1024x768 Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Classic cars and trucks make great investments and are extremely fun to own. It’s so exciting to search for a classic, purchase one and watch it come off the trailer, add your own touches, take it for a ride or just look at it sitting in the garage after a hard day at work. Classic car and truck collectors aren’t just in the United States but worldwide. The classic car and truck market is growing every day. It’s seen at car shows and auctions, in magazines and on TV shows. Get your new classic car or truck today. You only live once, if you can afford it, do it! I do the best I can to represent my classic cars and trucks. My results, feedback and reputation speak for themselves. Everyone’s opinion of a classic car and truck is different and I encourage questions prior to a purchase. I have a beautiful showroom with excellent lighting and a lift for a complete inspection if requested. Inspections will be scheduled by appointment only. The closest airport is Providence, RI. It’s only a 25 minute ride from the dealership. I can arrange to pick up at the airport. I also have a dealer plate that would allow for a test drive with a valid driver’s license for a serious buyer. Please call 508-557-0152 or email for any questions. Thank you.
