You are looking at a rare 1987 Jeep Comanche. We all know that jeeps are built tough and last forever. I suggest if you don’t know anything about this vehicle just do some research and form your own opinion I am sure you will be pleased. These are collector cars or this can be a daily driver... Interior: This particular Comanche was very clean and well kept. The leather seats were very comfortable with a slight tear in it. Just a stitch away from being perfect. There were no strange odors. I don’t belive this vehicle was equipped with air conditioning and the heat doesn't work. The shift nob wasn’t installed properly but the shifter works just fine. This all could be fixed for a cheap price. Exterior: For the age of this vehicle the exterior condition was unbelievable. It has a very slight dent in driver door but very hard to see at first glance. Driver side corner light is slightly cracked but all still works. I couldn’t seem to get the passenger side door opened but I think its just a latch hopefully a very easy fix for the right person. I didn’t see any signs of rust as I walked around the vehicle. The tires have plenty of life left on them. The paint had very minor flaws. Motor/handling: This vehicle started right up and was ready to go down the road. The motor felt very strong with 183345 miles on it. The transmission shifted like it should at the right rpms. The clutch worked with no hesitations. Brakes stopped this jeep with no problems the only thing I noticed is that this jeep was very firm because it wasn't equipped with power steering. When I lifted the hood I noticed it recently had a tune-up due to the visible new parts. I believe this jeep was well kept General: This jeep would be a great vehicle to go thru some trails, to take camping, or even as a daily driver its small gets good gas mileage and runs good. It could use a little work here and there but nothing too major.
