Offered for sale is a terrific 550 Spyder Replica by Vintage. I purchased this car from an Enthusiast I have dealt with before and given his recent purchases he decided to sell this car. I own a Collector Car Company/Auction and was thrilled to be offered this car. I have decided I am not going to keep it until our next sale, so it is on the market now. It is almost complete to being show worthy. I believe it has a 2.2 L horizontally opposed PORSCHE engine. It starts right up, runs very well and pulls strong. The 4 speed Trans is excellent with a nice short shift. The vin for it is from a 73 VW. The many extra parts to complete this car include, Tonneau cover, lower windshield, correct marker lights, proper e- brake set up vs VW, leather belt strap for engine cover, proper VDO gauges, lots of new fabric for headrest, firewall etc. I also have a set of extra seats that are waiting upholstery.
