I purchased this vehicle from an insurance company as salvage title. In 2010 there was a big flood in Kansas City MO and this brand new 2011 was one of the many victims. There were at least 8 Routans to choose from, this is the only one that ran which led me to believe it was in the best condition. The Routan SE version doesn't have all the electrical upgrades that the SEL has, which is nice if you're buying a car with flood damage. The van had 36 actual miles on it when I bought it and now it has over 2400 in the last six months. The van sat for two years while the insurance claims were settled, I bought this van in May 2013. The little woman has turned her nose up at the idea of being a mini van Mom and is demanding a SUV. Regardless, this is a fine van with really only minor issues that I am happy to live with, but this gives her too many opportunities to roll her eyes. It would probably help if I tried to fix the issues but I guess I have to keep her and sell the van. Fixing the van might have been a good option too. The in-dash navigation system, bluetooth, and 3-screen entertainment system all work perfectly. Side rear power doors do not operate automatically. The tailgate does operate with remote. Front power windows work usually but only when key in accessory position. Sometime they work fine but not always so I had to mention the issue. Side rear door windows are stationary. Drivers power seat is in a fixed position. The seat heaters are not functioning. Rear A/C not working. The lower center console where the controls/buttons for the A/C heat and CD players has buttons that are stuck. The front A/C and heat blow hot and cold air just fine. Horn not working. Air bag light on. The original dealer price was $35,570. Kelly Blue book value for private seller range from 19,404 for fair condition to 21,954 for excellent. The no reserve price of 10,500 is ten thousand dollars less than fair market value which should be more than enough to compensate for any irregularities. Good luck bidding.
