In this listing you will find a hard to find, laser Red 1995 Ford Mustang GT convertible with an automatic transmission. This one is equipped with a 5.0L V8. With good/low miles on it, this muscle car puts out 215hp 285lbft. torque. These are very easy to work on, parts are affordable and easy to get. Brand new these were retailed at $22,795. This year they started using a different 5.0L engine exclusively in the convertible GT. This only has 2 previous owners before you! INTERIOR: This particular Mustang has a very clean interior. I didn’t notice any offensive odors in fact the car smells great, nothing is beaten up or neglected. This rich black leather is in great shape. The bottom portion of the driver seat is worn, the stitching has failed and lead to small tearing. To replace the bottom would be your best bet; this is easily under $150. The Mach 1 speakers sound great and well balanced. Luckily the previous owner upgraded the radio, now it is compatible with any phone/MP3 player, and it changes colors too! The previous owner also left a manual, remote, and case in the center console for you. This radio can be very loud if you turn the volume up. The A/C feels good, and the windows work as they should. I noticed with the driver side window had a slight hick up one time, has not happened again. The rear seats are also in great shape, in the pictures you will see the stitching beginning to fail also. This is another very cheap repair. I did notice the air bag light comes on and off, this is common for older fords, usually it is a bad sensor or bad connection. These sensors are generally cheap. The convertible top works great like it should and there are no leaks. In the trunk there is a nice spare tire with all tools and jack, also the boot for when the convertible top is down. These owners really took good care of this car and left everything together for you. EXTERIOR: The exterior of this car is nice. I noticed a straight body, nice curves, and no rust. There is a lot of tread left on all four tires. They look like they are evenly worn and newer. I noticed a dent in the front driver side fender. I have not noticed any other major defects. The clear coat is not in the best shape, there is some fading occurring throughout. The top is still in great condition, it is not faded and the seams are flawless. On the rear bumper you find some flaws. A new paint job will bring this car back to perfection. This is a great foundation to build something beautiful! MOTOR/HANDLING: The car starts right up, and drives like a champ. This is the definition of American muscle. There are no problems with the engine that I can find. The engine sounds like it is in tune and very smooth. You can feel all the horsepower and torque in this 5.0l! The transmission feels nice and smooth and the brakes do their job just fine. I was shocked by the suspension; I thought it would be stiff. Actually the car rides very smooth absorbing bumps and hugging tight turns. Really, it’s a smooth, impressive ride! Oh yea, the exhaust is amazing. I believe it is stock but it’s not quiet and it’s not overwhelming. It sounds very intimidating and very unique with no leaks. Driving this car for hours with the top down does something to you. I would not hesitate to take this anywhere. This is a great car for any purpose. Do not hesitate to get this deal.
