Over the last 5 years I have been building a FULL custom 1949 Cadillac Sedanette for a friend, Last year he divorced and I bought the vehicle from him thinking I would finish it for myself. Life can throw you some really wicked curve balls... My heart is giving me some pretty serious problems so I have to stop doing what I love the most in Life and just vegitate or die. This Auction is for a Brand New, Custom built for this car, Art Morrison Full Air ride Chassis, 4 bar rear with Air Springs, and Panhard bar, 9" Ford differential with 31 spline 'Strange' axles and a brand new 3.25 gear Positraction center section. and Gas Shocks. the front end is pure Art Morrison, Mustang ll type with power rack, Sway bar and Air Bags. 15" drilled and slotted Wilwood Rotors with 4 piston wilwood calipers, Gas shocks here also. All the brake lines are run in Stainless and Flex stainless to the moving parts, Thru the frame connections and an adjustable proportioning valve on the drivers side frame rail. Fuel line is also run, Special ordered chrome wheels and Coker wide whites The motor is a gently used 1974 Cadillac ElDorado 500 cu in v-8 with low mileage. a B&M built, deep pan, turbo 400 trans has been connected and the unit has been mounted in the frame, Inside the engine is a brand new Comp Cam "Thumper" cam. the new Torque converter is a 2800 stall which is exactly where this cam starts working. A brand new Edelbrock street performer intake, New Edelbrock 750 competition Carb, New Cam gear set with double roller chain and crank gear, New MSD distributor and all the accompanying electronics needed to make it work. Sanderson custom headers, and a nice shiny set of new chrome valve covers (makes it go faster don't ya know). Champion BIG aluminum Radiator with shroud and double electric fans. $2100 in motor parts. NO SHORTCUTS. Everything on this thing is Brand new, Over $15,941 in the frame alone PLUS the motor and trans. The body is a 1949 Cadillac Sedanette, Chopped 4" and sectioned 4" Passengers door needs to be replaced as the original one was stolen by scrappers about 2 years ago and I tried to make one out of 2 back doors, but it just is NOT right. Complete body is included IF YOU WANT IT But the price is for the Art Morrison Chassis and associated parts as listed above. Body is free If you make an offer and I accept it then it is a purchase, NOT an "I wanna maybe make arrangements later", or " I want to look at it before I pay." Or "I will not send money without taking it away." if you want to see it in person before you pay the remainder then FLy in or drive up. BEFORE THE 7 DAYS IS UP. pay for it and I will keep it in an enclosed building for 30 days or until you pick it up. whichever comes first. The outlines on eBay are pretty plain and simple... If someone buys this, and wants to bring a trailer with a second tow car on their trailer, I will load the rotisserie with the body still on it, on this pictured car trailer,.... you drop your towed tow vehicle and hook it up to this trailer, load the frame and motor and the rest of the body onto your trailer and it will all be yours, frame, body, rotisserie, and trailer, $14,000. the rotisserie cost me $1300 and the trailer was $1200. That is ANOTHER $3000 value.
