UP FOR AUCTION: This is a 1987 Chevrolet GMC El Camino Caballero It has 98,000 original miles.This is a California car that was relocated to Nevada for a semi-restoration to breath life and beauty back into a classic vehicle.This car was purchased from an auction in California and comes with a "rebuilt" title. Please read what I have copied from a website about Rebuilt Titles. You can find this located where the pictures are displayed. Please follow the pictures as I have tried to show a chronological order in this classic car's "rebuilding" process. It shows the restoration from previous damage (minimal damage, at best). The only damage was on the passenger side fender . It could have been repaired, but instead, it was replaced. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me and I will answer to the best of my abilities. There are still a couple of things that NEED TO BE DONE: 1. Connecting the lighted rear view mirror; 2. The car can be color-sanded and buffed as it is a new paint. Here are some of the things that been COMPLETED: 1. New paint; 2. All chrome was removed and polished; 3. New carpet; 4. New dash cap; 5. Newly re-done seats; 6. New door rubbers; 7. New door window rubbers; 8. New windshield; 9. Plastic bedliner installed; 10. New grill; and 11. Hand-painted wheels. The vehicle runs great and is currently registered. It passes smog with no problems and all of the smog components are at factory specification. There are no misleading statements in this description to get someone to purchase the vehicle. We want the potential buyer to be completely happy knowing that he/she purchased a great classic vehicle.
