We purchased this car in 2007 with 91,000 miles. Being our first 3 series BMW it was quite a noticeable improvement in handling performance over prior cars we have owned. The exterior is in very good condition less damage to the right front air dam. The interior seats are worn with the drivers side seat torn. The convertible top needs new tension straps but the top and tonneau motors work fine. The rear tires are worn and need replacement. The front tires are approximately 50-60% life. The trunk currently does not latch but you hear the electronic switch when it is pushed down. I believe this is an adjustment. The rear antennae needs replacement. There are no electrical or mechanical problems with the car. The engine is sound as is the transmission, clutch and rear differential so the car is currently fine to drive it simply could use a little work to take it back to its near original condition. I have placed a low reserve on the car in hopes that it sells to someone and give you a few extra dollars to bring it back to near original condition if you choose to do so.
