Up for auction is a very nice Ford Explorer XLT edition. The Explorer is very clean has always had up to date servicing and runs/drives great. Special ordered with the 5.0 302 V8, this Explorer has plenty of power, yet still returns pretty good fuel economy with its overdrive transmission. Fully equipped with AC, power everything, cruise, roof rack and a very nice tow package(with under dash controller), this SUV is still an exceptionally nice example of this edition Explorer. Always properly maintained by the original owner, everything works, the AC blows cold and the engine/trans work very well. The Explorer runs cool and there are no leaks. This is one solid Ford-no rattles and a very quiet ride, this Explorer is drives very much like it did when it was new. The interior and exterior are very clean as is the engine bay. A southern California SUV its entire life, there is of course, no rust or prior collision damage. There are a few minor door dings as expected from a vehicle this age, but the Explorer shows very well. I just purchased this Explorer for my nephew from my good friend(the original owner). However, he has moved off to school and doesn't hav anywhere to store/park this great truck. So I am offering it up for auction. A great opportunity for someone to pick up a nice, well cared for example of America's most popular SUV. Most Explorers of this vintage are high mile, run down trucks in need of service-not this one! With only 119k, it has many more miles of service to provide. Offered at no reserve.
