I use it for a daily driver in the warm months and store it in the winter. It gets 25-26 mpg on the freeway. The motor was refreshed in 2010. The CPU chip was professionaly tuned for the options added to the motor. The motor has a slightly larger than stock camshaft, 1.6 roller rockers and an MSD Optispark distributor. The drivetrain is in excellent shape. In the last two years it has had new shocks and brake pads installed. The tires are a year old and have only about 2,000 miles on them. The previous owner told me it was re-painted in 2008. The paint still looks great and shines right up with a wash and wax. I replaced the carpet and replaced the seats with new cushions and leather covers. The new covers have the 40th Anniversary emblem embossed in the headrest. The rear deck has new weatherstripping as well. This car runs great and has never given me a bit of trouble. The motor and drivtrain are in tip-top condition. The air and all power items are in perfect working order. I will mention the issues I know about. The CD player will not play CDs. The radio works great, it is just the CD player. I had planned on sending that off this winter to get it rebuilt. The weatherstripping is showing it's age and could be replaced. One rim has a bit of cosmetic rash (shown in the pic) on the outside. The other three rims are in excellent condition. The paint has no major scratches or chips other than a few small stone chips on the front. these are very small and could easily be touched up.
