For Sale: Mileage on engine 15,000(rebuilt completely), odometer reads 236k 2001 Ford F-150 Supercrew 4x4 Truck. I am the original owner of the truck, bought it brand new. The engine ran great to around 215,000 miles when finally it went. Loved the truck so much I had the engine pulled out of the truck, completely stripped down to the block and professionally rebuilt from the ground up. While it was being rebuilt I had the shop install a brand new set of pacesetter headers at the same time as well as alternator. I really love this Supercrew (layout of it, ample room and storage, looks, and how great it is for an all around vehicle, especially in snow) but have too many vehicles(Including another truck) so time to downsize. Ever since the rebuild the engine is very strong and fast. (I think faster than when it was new, due to headers, air intake and ford racing cylinder head added.) Ford F-150 Supercrew Features: - 4.6 litre V8 Engine (Professionally rebuilt), about 2 years on rebuild (15k mikes). VERY STRONG ENGINE! Ford Racing Cylinder head added as well. Odometer reads 236k now but only 15k on engine. Paid $4,000 for engine rebuild. - New Pacesetter headers added during rebuild. They make a difference. Paid $500 for set - 4x4 Shift on the fly - AC - Powersteering - Power brakes - Cruise Control - Tinted glass, rear doors and back. - Adjustable gas/brake pedals - Back sliding window - Brand new Premium Pioneer double din stereo added and speakers. This stereo is loaded with features. Basically does everything you could ever want it to do. (Paid $400 about 6 months ago) - Upgraded headlights and taillights. Paid $150 about 6 months ago - Rhino liner in bed-just freshened up-Paid $200 about 6 months ago - New Flowmaster Super 44 muffler with chome tips angled out at 45 degrees from behind tire. Sounds awesome!!!! Paid $400 a year ago - New Slotted brake rotors added with new brakes. Paid $200 about 6 months ago - New Shocks added(all four)-Paid $200 about 6 months ago - New alternator added during rebuild of engine. Paid $100 - New air intake added during engine rebuild.Paid $60 - Interior: Lets just say Awesome. Looks almost like the day I bought it. - Tires (all four) have tons of tread on them. They are built for snow,off road, etc… (The best tires in the snow I have ever owned.) - Great floor mats that really knock off any dirt from shoes. Their great. - Trailer tow package - I believe I changed the battery about a year ago as well but not sure(will check) - The only thing I didn’t get to that was on my list was to fix the couple small dents. - If you repaint the truck it would look brand new both inside and out. - Also included is bed cover and 180 degree rotational bed extender cage and brand new leveling torsion keys. I’m sure I can find other stuff to include that you might find useful(original headlights, air cleaner etc… Anyway, I gave the best assessment I can give on this Ford F-150 Supercrew. Important to remember when looking for a used truck: Most F-150 Supercrews you will find for sale in the same age range as this one typically list miles of 150,000-200,000 miles. These engines are original meaning that engine parts will soon need replacing. Not the situation with mine. Its professionally rebuilt from ground up 15,000 miles ago so all internals are new and not worn from 150k-200k miles of driving. My price set reflects the rebuilt engine(most important part of any vehicle), new looking interior and all the new parts added.
